Organic Fruit & Vegetables

Our website prices and availability of fresh produce are updated each Thursday, usually by 5.00 pm. Simultaneously, our weekly Wholefood Update is e-mailed out as a courtesy service (you can unsubscribe from this at any time by following the prompts contained in the e-mail). The e-mail details the best of the fruit and vegetables that will be available for the coming week as well as the specials that will be available. Any new or previously out of stock grocery lines are also mentioned.

Perishables, Chilled & Frozen items

Due to the nature of these products, it can only be provided to areas stated in the Delivery Schedule listed below. There are no hard and fast rules about what can go where but we will only send items that we think will get to you in great condition. All other dry items (eg. shampoo, flour) can be delivered all over Australia. However as we are constantly increasing our delivery area, please feel free to email us to check if your area is available for delivery

Postage for Dry Goods across Australia

We are using Australian Post to deliver our parcels for Victoria, NT, South Australia, Western Australia and Queensland. Please note that the delivery fee will reflect with the prices charged by Australian Post.

DEADLINE - To receive an order on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, you must have your order sent to us by 5.00pm Saturday week in advance. Please comply with these order deadlines and the Delivery Schedule.

Orders Below $35 (not including delivery fee) will incur a full delivery fee of $11.00 or $15 depending on location.

  • Blue mountains (Blaxland - Mt Victoria) $13.75 per box (max 12kg)
  • Country Zone 1 - Bathurst and Orange - $8.80 per box (max 10kg)
  • Country Zone 2 - Lithgow, Cowra, Dubbo, , Mudgee, Molong, Wellington, Narromine, Coonabarabran, Dunedoo, Cootamundra, Young. Wagga Wagga, Newcastle, Central Coast, Boorowa, Yass and Goulburn - $13.75 per box (max 12kg)

    Albury, Cooma, Wollongong, Merimbula, Bega, Batemans Bay, Deniliquin, Eden, Gundagai, Grenfell, Hay, Holbrook, Jindabyne, Narooma, Narrandera, Pambula, Tuross Head, Tumut (and ALL AREAS IN BETWEEN) - $13.75 per box (max 12kg)



  • DELIVERY SCHEDULE

    • Tuesday (morning/afternoon) - Sydney CBD / Greater Sydney Metro, Sydney North, Central Coast, South Coast, Blue mountains (Blaxland - Mt Victoria), Dubbo, Cowra, Mudgee, Young, Narromine, Molong, Wellington, Cootamundra, Young, Boorowa, Wagga Wagga, Albury, Yass, Goulburn, Batemans Bay, Tamworth, Singleton, and all other Country Zone 2 areas.
    • Wednesday (morning/afternoon) – Bathurst (Pick up), Orange, Canberra CBD, rest of Australian Capital Terrority, Cooma, Jindabyne and all other Country Zone 1 areas.
    • Thursday - Other regional towns like Coonabarabran, and Dunedoo

    • Please keep in mind that if you place an order before the website is updated on Thursday afternoon (for delivery the following week), the availability of some fresh produce, and prices, may vary from one week to the next.

      Most people like to place a specific order according to their needs, but we also cater for those of you who would prefer to receive a mixed box of seasonal fruit and vegetables. As every household is different, and some families eat more fruit and vegetables than others, we offer a range of mixed boxes starting from as low as $35.00. Mixed boxes can be tailor made to suit your likes (and dislikes) and your budget. If there is a particular item/s that you do not wish to receive in your box, simply let us know by filling in the Add Comments About Your Order when you are going through the Checkout process. MIXED BOXES contain a seasonal variety of fruit, vegetables and salad items.

      As we like to re-use/recycle our packing boxes, please leave them out for collection when we next deliver. We regret that for those of you who receive a delivery via our courier system, we are unable to accept the return of boxes.

      Please let us know if you ever experience any problems with your order. If you happen to receive anything that you are not satisfied with (or find any goods missing), then just give us a call or email us and let us know so we can rectify the problem.

    To advise us about any delivery instructions you may have, a specific delivery date that you have in mind, or anything else at all, simply use the box marked "Add Comments About Your Order" which is presented to you as soon as you hit the Checkout button. Please feel free to use it as much as you like to get your message to us. After all giving us too much information is always better than not enough!

    If you resides or want the order to be delivered to other areas in Australia (eg. Perth, Brisbane), please allow 3 - 14 business days for your orders to be processed. That said, most orders should be processed within 7 business days. PLEASE note that due to the time sensitive nature of some of our product lines (eg. Organic Fresh Produce, Chilled Milk), we can only provide these items to those areas in the DELIVERY SCHEDULE. However, if you are unsure, please send us an email and we will gladly confirm it with you.


    SAVING YOUR SHOPPING CART

    The website now comes with an automatic feature which will save your shopping cart automatically for you if you leave your computer for more than a few minutes (as with most computer systems, a security feature comes into play which logs out any user that has been inactive for more than a few minutes). This feature does rely on you being logged into your account so that it knows who you are and can save your cart for you under your name. This feature is very handy where you are almost finished a long shopping trip on the website and the doorbell rings, or one of the kids needs urgent help. The website will save the cart and have it there for you next time you log back in! Then you can have a look at your cart to see where you were up to and continue shopping from there.

    Remember - this feature will only work if you are logged into your account using your e-mail address and your password.
