Organic Chocolates
Lindsay & Edmunds was created by principal Peter Edmunds out of his love for the French chocolatier. "The extensive travelling I have done in France over the last 10 years has reinforced my love of the French way of creating little morsels (petits morceaux) that are to be savoured rather than consumed in large quantities. The French have elevated this to an art form."
At Lindsay & Edmunds our aim is to create a range that is unique, rather than simply reproduce standard chocolate-box offerings. We're combining our flair for creative difference with the best quality organic ingredients we can find. The result is très bon!
Peter has built on his training as a chef and his time spent in France to create the Lindsay & Edmunds luscious range of organic chocolates; a range which we are continually developing and expanding.
We use the finest quality Belgian certified organic chocolate. For our other ingredients we also use only certified organic produce. To reduce our energy impact on our beautiful planet, we try and source Australian-grown organic produce as much as possible.
